Вдосконалення процесу керування ризиками згідно ISO 31000:2018 та з урахуванням принципів Індустрії 5.0

Мета. Вдосконалення процесу з керування ризиками за стандартом ISO 31000:2018 з урахуванням принципів Індустрії 5.0. Методика. Для досягнення поставленої мети був використаний метод індукції згідно з яким на підставі знань про окремі принципи з оцінювання ризиків, що наведені в стандарті ISO 31000:2018 зроблена спроба у їх переході до загального процесу оцінювання ризиків в Індустрії 5.0. Результати. Проаналізовані принципи розбудови Індустрії 5.0 та принци керування ризиками згідно ISO 31000:2018, що дозволило встановити їх синергетичні взаємозв’язки для підвищити результативності та дієвості керування ризиками небезпек за рахунок використання принципів Індустрії 5.0: віртуалізації, інтероперабельності та децентралізації. Виконано порівняння принципів керування ризиками з принципами Індустрії 5.0 для виявлення взаємозв’язків, які дозволять синергетично підвищити результативність і дієвість керування ризиками небезпек за рахунок використання принципів Індустрії 5.0, які значно розширять можливості процесу керування ризиками. Розроблено рекомендації для удосконалення процесу керування з урахуванням принципів Індустрії 5.0, які створюють умови для обміну інформації між людиною і машиною на основі віртуального фабричного середовища, аналізу безпечності спілкування машини і людини через Інтернет речей та прийняття рішень щодо обґрунтування вибору захисних і запобіжних заходів штучним інтелектом не залежно від діяльності людини. Удосконалено процес керування ризиками за рахунок змін, які передбачають дослідження взаємодії між людиною і машиною. Наукова новизна. Встановлені взаємозв’язки між існуючими принципами з керування ризиками за стандартом ISO 31000:2018 та принципами розбудови Індустрії 5.0, що дозволило вдосконалити процес керування. Практична значимість. Полягає у аналізі основних етапів процесу керування ризиками в організації згідно з ISO 31000:2018 і концепції Індустрії 5.0, а також розробці рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу керування ризиками.Посилання
